Vacuum Components
In Schmalz's vacuum components sector, specialized suction pads, such as bell-shaped, bellows and flat suction pads, are available. In addition, components, such as spring plungers, vacuum switches and flow restrictors, as well as different vacuum generators, are available.

Vacuum Area Gripper System FX/FXC
The large-area vacuum gripping systems are ideal for automated palletizing, depalletizing, order picking and sorting of the most varied goods in various dimensions. The gripping devices permit handling of workpieces made from the most varied materials, such as carton, wood, metal sheets (dry) and plastic, both with and without cut-outs.
The vacuum generator guarantees maximum effectiveness because of the injector's direct integration right at the point of impact in the gripper.
Vacuum Area Gripper System FM/FMC
The large-area vacuum gripping systems are ideal for automated palletizing, depalletizing, order picking and sorting of the most varied goods in various dimensions. The gripping devices permit handling of workpieces made from the most varied materials, such as carton, wood, metal sheets (dry) and plastic, both with and without cut-outs.
The large-area vacuum gripping system FM/FMC impresses with its low height and weight. External vacuum generation offers the option to generate the vacuum electrically; this saves energy, and thus operating expenses.
Vacuum Handling Systems
Schmalz's vacuum handling systems sector offers a variety of VacuMaster vacuum lifting devices and Jumbo vacuum tube lifters, which are perfectly suited for handling workpieces with very different measurements and weight classes.
Vacuum Lifting Device VacuMaster Basic/Comfort
The VacuMaster Basic/Comfort is suitable for, among other things, handling of metal plates and barrels. Special suction plates for corrugated and checker boards are optionally available. The device is appropriate for a burden of 125 to 750 kg.
